VOIP Monitoring Tool- A New Product From EMC

A new turn of competition may hot on the IP telephony particularly in terms of service delivery, as EMC introduced a software embedding two products branded Smarts VOIP Performance Manager and Smarts VOIP Performance Reporter . The service is obviously going to be customer care oriented since it would monitor, diagnose, report and also provide alerts on all aspects of IP telephony services
