I've been having some troubles with Referrals 2.0... I'm just using a Google
Pack button, and using the old Referrals 1.0 code has worked flawlessly.
However, I would like to use a different button, but I couldn't find any code (
the "google_cpa_choice" part) for the 1.0 version. Is there any way I can

I agree with every thing that is being said here. GOOGLE WANTS PUBLISHERS TO
PRODUCE QUALITY CONTENT BUT WHY CAN THEY NOT PROVIDE QUALITY VIDEOS. The
videos they are providing is 80% junk. Many of them are just plain stupid.
Publishers should start to contact Google and let them know if they want us to

Damon... In my view, it's broken. I've taken to just posting videos on my own
and wrapping my owns ads around them. In that way I get the content I want,

I faced the same problem with you guys, but the only way until now to overcome
the problem is by contacting the adsense support by email and explain your
situation. It worked for me, I just get the adsense content when i change the
language from Indonesian to English. For indonesia : adsense...@google.com -

thank you sister2brother. the problem is, i maintain my site from a internet
cafe. as everyone knows all systems share the same ip address. so if someone
clicks on the ads from the internet cafe, it will look as though i am clicking
