BIG NEWS: HomeownerMEDIA is adding another level to the Team Building program. You will now get paid for 2 levels from all affiliates you refer to the HomeownerMEDIA program. What that means is you get over-rides on commissions earned by affiliates you personally sponsor in to HomeownerMEDIA and also over-rides on affiliates they sponsor. This compensates you greater for working with your affiliate base and will increase your over-rides considerably. For additional information about this new program, visit your backoffice and click on the Team Building box located on your main login page. The Team Building section will explain your new compensation in detail.
The current payouts for our affiliate program are as follows:
Personal Referred Members: 10% of all commissions earned by affiliates you personal sponsor.
2nd Tier Affiliates: 5% of all commissions earned by affiliates sponsored by your Personal Referred Members
To even give you a greater incentive, our staff will provide you with a $1.00 expense transaction for each person referred to our affiliate program. This $1.00 will be applied for each unique affiliate verified through our system. The $1.00 will help you recoop your advertising costs and help you build your team with ease of mind. What this means is you get a $1.00 bill each time someone joins our affiliate program for free.
The only requirement is that you meet the general threshold for minimum payouts which is $250.00. All commissions earned under $250.00 will be added to next months commission until you reach $250.00.
Do you need additional incentives??? When you sponsor your first 100 affiliates in to HomeownerMEDIA, our staff will also transfer to you an additional 50 affiliates from our company marketing efforts. That is right! For every 100 affilates you sponsor you will have 50 members inherited from the company.
It is important to refer affiliates to our program and team building should always be part of your main focus. HomeownerMEDIA is not an MLM or Network Marketing company. We are a straight forward affiliate program and what that means is you get HIGH REVENUE commissions and not watered down Multi-level payouts. Our compensation plan pays you a large substantial commission for personal sales and large over-rides for affiliate referrals. There is no 3 gets you 3 pipe dreams here and no magic wands provided. We have attached a copy of our sample Real Estate Agent recruitment letter to this email for your convenience. This can be modified and put in to an email for you to recruit them in to your direct downline.
