On the heels of its third consecutive quarterly loss, Alcatel-Lucent announced today that it would cut 4,000 more jobs, bringing the total number of jobs it will cut to 16,500. Chief Financial Officer Jean-Pascal Beaufret and Christian Reinaudo, head of the Northern European region, will leave the company. Beaufret will be replaced by Hubert De Pesquidoux.
