I have a website and I send a newsletter to members once a month. Newsletter I
am generating is html. I would like to include advertising into newsletter. I
would like to be able to choose what company I advertise in newsletter,

I have the same problem, when I click on the "Video Units" link from my
AdSense setup page, it takes me to here: [link]and when I click on the "
Already have an AdSense account? Click here" link it takes me back the AdSense
