That's the way it works... if you read about payments, you'll see that's what
Google does. The payment for September is finalised during the first week or
two of October. Payment details, address etc are finalised by 15th October.
Cheque is issued sometime around 25th October, and it arrives mid- November. -

Earning summary for october different from earning reports? - 1 new

literally 100x less than what the earning reports in reports->total earnings
