Has it something to do with that snail mail that Google sent me: they offer me
and other publishers 50 Euro Adwords for free if I place my ads till 1.108.
Since when does Google does make advertisements like this for their adwords

Google hasn't paid me for any of my registered clicks since I hit fifty
dollars. It says my payments are on hold until I enter my PIN but that
shouldn't affect the earnings should it? Do I have to enter my PIN before they
continue to add earnings? It doesn't say that my account is suspended or that
