Targeting Flash Content with Adsense - 1 new

Hi there-- I have a flash heavy site where the flash content is generated
using XML feeds. I want to embed ads in the HTML portion of the page but have
the ads target the XML feeds utilized by flash. What's the best way to do this
and still fall under Google's guidelines? There are a number of discussions in

How does one become a Youtube Provider that can get paid for advertising
carried with the video? This was announced by Google last May and after Video
Units were released and up to this date, I can't find anyplace in either my
YouTube account or Adsense account to opt in. However, I can select videos by
