that was paid at the end of October? I know it normally remains for a few days

Obviously Google is STILL having phone verification issues. I too, attempted
to verify my phone number 3 times. I never had it tell me to press 1 or 2. A
recording simply said to enter the 6 digit number followed by the pound sign.

Hi, I am receiving a monthly payment from Google by EFT into my Canadian bank.
Google converts to CAD and it cost me a commission. I then transfer money to
PayPal in CAD and buy stuff from eBay in USD and pay another commission. Can
