Dear Bluehost.com Customer,
Its been a long time since I have written you! I apologize for that. We try and give
updates as often as necessary. I have so many new things to tell you about, but
some things aren't quite ready - Look for another announcement email next week!
Ok, now on to what I can talk about.
First, because we are growing so quickly we have contracted to add 300 additional
Mbit of bandwidth each month to our network starting on the first of each month. This
means faster downloads during peaks hours and less limits on burst usage for single
accounts. This is an ongoing upgrade that will benefit us through March of 2008!
Second, there have been concerns over what we will be doing regarding PHP4. For
those that don't know PHP4 is being phased out in the near future, and while third
party organizations have decided to maintain security updates for PHP4, it is clear that
PHP5 is the way to go and its only a matter of time before everyone needs to switch
their scripts to use PHP5. We have many servers with PHP4 running, and also many
with PHP5. To alleviate any issues in the future with certain scripts that only run on one
version of PHP we have developed the ability to run PHP4 and PHP5 on the same server
simultaneously. This will be rolled out to all users in the next couple of weeks. Some
servers already have this ability while most will see it in the next two weeks. You will
simply choose which version you would like to run in your Cpanel. This is a MUCH
needed feature for the future, and we don't know of any other Cpanel hosts that will
give you this ability (Another score for Bluehost!!).
Third, for those users that have yet to take advantage of the free marketing credits
available to our customers, now is the time. Google has increased their offering to an
amazing $50! Simply create a new adwords account with a minimum $5 initial deposit
and the $50 of marketing credits will be added to your account.

Lastly, there have been many users that are looking for design services for their website
but haven't known where to go. In the past we haven't done a good job of letting our
users know that we have partnered with Edynamo to provide this service. If you need
