I'm going to talk today about something that I've
mentioned before, but it's just so damn important and I'm
so damn passionate about it that you HAVE to hear it again.
I'm actually a little frustrated as I write this so this
is partly a rant and partly some great information for
you. It'll be harsh, a little blunt and I'm pretty certain
you're NOT gonna like it... but I hope you
appreciate it all the same.
The topic of this email is Mindset Vs Method...
Here's the thing:
Everyone looking to make money online, maybe even you included
jason, wants to know the METHOD...
They want to know the 'secrets' that are being kept from them,
the down and dirty techniques that the Guru's or people
who are doing well use to get the job of making money online
done.
They want the techniques in other words.
Here's the bad news:
For most people, and yes I say MOST people, I could hand
them the techniques on a silver platter... tell them exactly
what to do every step of the way in order to make however
much money they wanted, and they WOULD'T make a dime...
I could give them the right key, sit them down in front
of the right door and they wouldn't go into the room...
You might think this is weird and hard to believe but
it's the blatant truth.
The truth is that there are two things you need to be
successful at anything. They are the right Mindset
and the right Method. If you have one but not the other
you will soon fail.
You can know the right techniques, know exactly what to do
but without the right attitude toward your pursuit, you
won't even get close.
If you have the right attitude but not the right method...
Well that's a little better and if you're attitude is really
right you'll sooner or later work out the right method, but
you'll take a heck of a long time to do it.
Anyway...
How do I know this?
Because I've helped countless people to make money online through
my products and my forum. I've seen the best and the worst
of them, the ones who've succeeded and the ones who've failed.
I've had people who I will personally coach, have them ask
me 10 questions a day every day, so they know EXACTLY the
right method, from the ground up - then they put their first
niche site up, give it 4 weeks and when it doesn't make a sale
they give up and say the method doesn't work and it's not for them!
Are you kidding me!?!?
It took me 12 months of playing around online night and day
before I started earning a full time income. And most people
tell me they've messed around more than that! I tried probably
30 different methods, failed more times than you
could imagine. I seriously stuffed it up in as many ways
as is possible - the most memorable of which I saw my adsense
income go from $100 a day to zero a day within a week - real
good work!
Why did I 'make it'?
Because I had the mindset! My passion is personal development,
I've been reading success material since I was 15 years old and
while I have SO FEW skills, one thing I have is a desire to
succeed as strong as anyone you could meet.
Point is:
STOP looking for the right method! Just stop it! Chances
are even if you find it:
1. You won't recognize it unless you get results from it
in the first week - ie you WON'T recognize it fullstop.
and 2. If you do recognize it you won't make it work because
you will sabotage yourself because your mind isn't right. You'll
give up too soon, you'll subconciously reject the money if you
do make it, or you'll find some other way to generally
screw it up!
How about that for some sobering truth.
What should you do instead?
Keep improving your SELF!
One thing I've learnt is that when you're running a business,
particularly from home, by yourself, with YOU as the main
employee, you ARE the business!
The quality of YOU is the quality of the business and if you
have negative beliefs about money, bad associations, fear of
failure or any other kind of negative patterns, good luck trying to
make this stuff work.
So what can you do about all this?
Forget the frickin techniques for a moment and start
investing in yourself!

it's not just a help, it's VITAL to your success.
Only when your mind and attitude is right and ready will you
start making the kind of money you deserve, that's all there
is to it, plain and simple.
I hope this message gets you angry: Maybe even angry enough
to challenge me and DO something about it. You can ignore
the sentiments here if you want but whether you realise and
believe them or not, they will go on affecting you.
