In the recent past you inquired about purchasing a Certified Real Estate Consultant territory from HomeownerMEDIA. HomeownerMEDIA currently has over 60% of their territories sold and has a decreasing amount of land available.If you were interested in getting involved in our CREC program then the next 48 hours are very important to you.
When initially contacted by our office you were notified that 183 of the 1,210 territories are currently discounted. Your territory was one of those 83 discounted territories. The discount allowed you to purchase a territory normally priced for $4,997.00 for $797.00. The discount was offered on December 1, 2007 and scheduled to expire on December 11, 2007. You currently have less then 48 hours before this offer expires.
Keep in mind that the reason we discounted your territory is based on activity. Your territory currently has a lot of existing business generated within it and we do not have a local representative in that area. By purchasing this territory you will inherit hundreds of affiliates, Master Agents and clients. You will instantly start earning money as a Certified Consultant.
Our CRECs are very important to our company and our foundation is built around them. The HomeownerMEDIA value for our clients is our local representation and large Real Estate Marketing reach. As a CREC you will earn 50% of all commissions earned by affiliates and marketing agents in your territory. This includes commissions from activity generated by existing affiliates and new ones. In addition you will receive $250 over-rides on consultations and earn 30% on all non-affiliate generated sales. The earning potential in most territories is anywhere from $90,000 to $250,000 per year.
