This is a friendly notification that we have updated our online Support Ticket System. The update includes a patch that will decrease the amount of time it takes for our affiliates in getting a response to their questions. In the past your Support Ticket was sent to a pool and your ticket was answered in order of receipt. In the new Ticket System your ticket is transfered to a GENERAL POOL and is viewed by all 8 of our Affiliate Support Representatives. This ensures that all our Support Representatives have equal access to your Support Tickets.
We now also accept OFFLINE TICKETS in the same urgency as tickets completed from the backoffice. This helps prevent the need for you to login to your backoffice to answer a ticket. To use the OFFLINE system you can click on the TICKETS link on the CONTACT US page on the main website. You can also use the link provided on the top of this email.
If you have any questions about this new ticket system, please let us know by opening a new support ticket.
