Position: FSBO Marketing Agent
This email is the first of 14 emails you will receive as basic training designed to educate our FSBO Marketing Agents. You may not know it yet but you just joined one of the most explosive and unique businesses online. As a HomeownerMEDIA affiliate you have just joined the Real Estate Industry and started a new career as a FSBO Marketing Agent. As a Marketing Agent you are the basic affiliate and representative for HomeownerMEDIA in the Retail Marketplace. You are the FSBO professional that can help homeowners sell their homes and properties by owner.
In the HomeownerMEDIA affiliate network you can participate in 4 different positions. A detailed explanation is listed below to clarify your role with our company.
Basic Position: Marketing Agent (Basic Affiliate) - No Investment Required
Our FSBO Marketing Agents are the front line in helping HomeownerMEDIA generate new business. There is no investment required in order to participate in our Marketing Agent program. As a Marketing Agent you solicit business utilizing your FSBO website provided to you in your backoffice. The link is www.hmagent.com/USERNAMEand you get credit for any sales or affiliate signups generated off this link. All links are hard coded with COOKIETRAX 2005 software code and are tracked for a period of 365 days after initial click. This means once you send a client to your website, you will get credit for all sales generated from this client no matter what link they use in the future.
As a FSBO Marketing Agent you do not get paid for any foreclosure based products or Mortgage leads. You solely get compensated for FOR SALE BY OWNER products. In the next email we will start talking about how to get those clients effortlessly and how to generate dozens of clients daily with limited work. The basic program is sometimes not taken seriously because it does not require an investment. The truth is the FSBO Marketing Agent position is explosive and you can earn substantial incomes without ever selling a thing!
The compensation of a FSBO Marketing Agent is 30% off all sales generated using your website link. In addition you can earn over-rides on sales generated by other Agents sponsored in to the program.
Basic Position: Marketing Agent (Premium Affiliate) - One Time $197.00 Annual Fee Required
A Premium FSBO Marketing Agent is exactly the same as a Basic FSBO Marketing Agent except for getting access to additional tools. As a PREMIUM FSBO Marketing Agent you are provided with a Contact Manager, CRM, Toll-free Number with 3 digit extension, Voicemail, K7 Virtual Fax and Corporate Email Address (you@HMAGENT.com). As a Premium Agent you are provided with online resources that compare to our Certified Real Estate Consultants.
Basic Position: Foreclosure Consultant - One Time $297.00 Annual Fee Required
As a Foreclosure Consultant you can continue to promote the Marketing Agent program and receive the compensation as outlined in the Marketing Agent compensation. As a Foreclosure Consultant you also get paid on all foreclosure based services. These services include Loss Mitigation, Property Sales, Investor Sales, FSBO Listings, Shortsales and Listing Services. As a Foreclosure Consultant you will be eligible to receive leads daily of homeowners in foreclosure and will be included in the foreclosure training program.
The compensation of the Foreclosure Consultant program equals 30% off the revenue generated by HomeownerMEDIA. Average commissionable sale equals $4,000 per client for property based services and $1,200 per Loss Mitigation case.

Premium Position: Certified Real Estate Consultant (CREC) - Annual Fee Required for Exclusive Territory
As a Certified Real Estate Consultant you will get access to your own exclusive territory. All sales generated in your territory entitle you to a 50% over-ride on commissionable revenue. These include sales generated by Basic and Premium FSBO Marketing Agents, Foreclosure Consultants and other CRECs in your local territory. In addition you can promote all the services that are available on homeownermedia.com
As a CREC you will not need to advertise your website or program. Our company will list your contact information in our FSBO Magazines, Newspaper Advertisements and in our directories. Your job as a CREC is to visit the homeowners and provide the underlying consulting services. Our CRECs earn about 12X more then the average FSBO Marketing Agent.
The CRECs own a portion of the HomeownerMEDIA Network and get over-rides on all sales generated on the land they operate. This includes sales from Radio Advertisements, TV Advertisements and affiliate generated sales.
The compensation includes 50% of all commissionable revenue and a $250.00 consultation fee for all Value based packages purchased through HomeownerMEDIA.

These positions are very important to HomeownerMEDIA and our unique program. HomeownerMEDIA currently generates over 40% of all its sales through the affiliate program. Our marketing outreach is large and currently have over 40,000 unique Marketing Agents participating. As our company grows larger, we anticipate reaching our 2008 2nd quarter goal of 100,000 Marketing Agents and 3,000 CRECs. What is equally important are our CRECs which provide local representation to HomeownerMEDIA clients. Our CRECs make the FSBO consultation process happen and they are the backbone to our company.
