New VoIP server standards to be Managed by Nominet

Nominet, the UK domain registry has been given the mandate to manage the implementation of a new internet protocol which allows web networks to convert a phone number into a web page address, thereby making it compatible with a number of VoIP services. Enum, as this protocol is called will allow internet users to directly make phone calls without having t o do so through a third party
