Hi, I know that Google will disable AdSense referrals for the publishers
outside North America, South America and Japan. But, is this related with ALL
AdSense referrals (Google AdSense, Google AdWords and Firefox plus Google

I would love to be able to use adsense as "filler" on a site. Basically allow
adsense to fill a designated area of the page. For example if I have a page
header that expands to 100% of the browser window but navigation and branding
might only take up 500 pixels and I would love to utilize ALL of the remaining

unholding the account after the check returned to google because of wrong

when i earned $100 google send me a cheque but the DHL service could not
delver it because i gave my friends phone number and they called him and
pronounced my name wrongly {i did not have phone number] so they could not
deliver it and cheque returned to google.these details i found from DHL by

Clickthrough Rate - 3 new

I see where another AdSense user has a clickthrough rate of .02%, which used
to be .08%. These seem pretty low, but his traffic was quite high. In my case,
I've only been on board for a couple of weeks, but my clickthrough rate is
running 7.6% - now, if I only had the big traffic, I could really make some
