I'm sorry this has happened to you. Looks to me like AdSense is a victim of
it's own success. Your ads are, as you say, highly targeted - other ad
suppliers targeting is still way off the mark which is why in this instance
you'd probably be better off, they are less accurate therefore you'll get more
