Video ads - how do I get a code - 2 new

Where do I go to get a video ad code. I get the impressing adsense decides
when a video pops into an ad box. WTF is w/ that? All I want are videos. Also,
Google needs to make it easier for my to choose who is advertising on my page.

Hi I have the same problem of not having received my pin. However it is stated
that you can't request pin more than three times. You have to contact Google
