How to know from which channel I got money with a referral? - 2 new

Hi, I need some help. Please answer if you know. I have an earning (got money)
from a referral. Lets say it is Firefox + Google Toolbar. I go to "Advanced
Reports" page in my AdSense account. Then, I "Choose product" ===> Referral
and choose the Date. What are the next steps (what I need to do) to let me

... Er... no. It'd be hurting the advertiser who's paid for the ad in the
first place and is paying that money for nothing because the ad can't be read.
As Dan's already said, there's a good reason why ads can't have any background
the publisher might choose (and this applies to solid colours as well), it's

video ad appearing there... why and how is that possible? is video ad likely
