PTC: Get Rich Quick Scam, and a violation of AdSense TOS. "Advertise Here -
Adlite" ought to be a pretty obvious clue, but I'm guessing the sorts of folks
who actually think of PTC as a legitimate small business opportunity need a
little more obviousness than other. "Adlite" is not "AdSense." Either your
browser's been hijacked, or - Wed, Mar 19 2008 10:24 pm

... True, but in so doing they set those inclined to do so free to step on
everyone else's toes. What is it going to take, someone to start listing porn
sites in their "signature" or someone promoting the click bombing of
competitors? Even "reminders" of what the "rules" are get ignored probably
because - Thurs, Mar 20 2008 3:22 am

One impression is one ad being displayed to a visitor. If you have 3 ad units
on one page, when that page is viewed by a visitor, you will end up with 3
impressions. - Thurs, Mar 20 2008 3:25 am

I'll keep saying it until people like you stop posting here, novision: Ignore
people who post links their own sites that don't have adsense on them. IGNORE
them. If they knew what they were talking about, they'd have AdSense ads on
their site. - Thurs, Mar 20 2008 10:32 am

Idea for pinned articles and FAQS on the Adsense forum - 2 new

This isn't a bad idea at all, but here's the downside: - Google themselves are
the only ones who are going to have messages pinned, because everybody knows
that Google (well, Google's employees) admin these forums and if they pin
something, there's an implication that they agree with it or approve of it -

Also, if one isn't told the cause, what one then does or doesn't include in
one's appeal is useful in a number of ways. Generally though, if it is a "
serious threat", it is more than likely a violation of either the "Program
Policy", "Terms and Conditions" or "Google Webmaster Guidelines" and all

One can't help, or at least that is the hope, notice the addition of a FAQs
page to the AdSense Help Google Groups, well done! Can we suggest additions?
Even if we can't, I'm gonna anyway! :-P :-() It is looking rather thin at the
moment although I have a feeling there is a plan for more but some things I
