Nonoh verification process creating problem for users in North America

Many users of nonoh in north america particularly in the US and canada are having problem with the nonoh user verification process. Most users in this area are unable to purchase credit for their nonoh account thereby unable to make phone calls with it. The problem is due to the fact the verification code which nonoh send to their mobile through an sms did not arrive. User are not getting this sms and therefore cant complete the verification process.
I have this same problem with my nonoh account and i have received lot of e-mails from my readers telling me they are having thesame problem. I have contacted betamax, the owner of nonoh but i am yet to get a reply from them.
I hope betamax resolve this problem as soon as possible so that users can continue to use their service.
