CSG is currently interviewing for 3 additional FULL TIME Loss Mitigation Qualifiers and Closers to work from home.
  • No Experience Necessary but a PLUS
  • Can be LM1 or LM2 (No position requirements)
  • Must be able to work from home and have a home office setup.
  • Must have PC with bandwidth (No Dialup)
  • Must work from 10am to 6pm EST or 7am to 3pm PST.
  • Must be able to make 30 or so calls per day. Must have unlimited Long Distance phone plan.
  • Must sign Non-circumvention and NDA with CSG
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.

... We currently have 18 Loss Mitigation Closers on staff. You will be joining a growing team of individuals who work from home and report directly to our Loss Mitigation offices in Beaverton, Oregon.

..... Response Time: All Private Support Tickets are monitored 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Please allow up to 2 hours for a prompt response for tickets that are submitted after normal business hours. Tickets submitted during normal business hours are answered within 30 minutes. When opening tickets it is important to address it to the appropriate department and only open 1 ticket per subject. Duplicating tickets will delete the entire batch and not get your answers.
