A National Account Manager ("NAM") is an independent constractor hired by CSG to manage an affiliate base.   Income Package: $100,000 to $250,000 Per Year Plan Income Potential: $250,000 to $500,000 Per Year Salary Requirements: Commission Only Benefits: Revenue Sharing & Health Insurance   Eligibility: Full Time Hours | The National Account Manager must be available for work during normal business hours. The business hours are currently 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. This is a position within the company. You will be required to attend online Staff Conferences at least 3 times per week. You must be able to take calls and perform your duties during office hours.    ..... ... ... Home Office | The NAM must be equipped to work from home. The NAM will need a dedicated phone line, fax machine and broadband Internet access.   Level/Experience | At this time only LM2 Consultants who are already involved in the CSG program will be considered.   Responsibilities of a NAM: The National Account Manger will attend company trainings and learn how to support an inherited affiliate base of 500-900 LM1 and LM2 active consultants. The role of the NAM is to help the Consultants get started in their CSG business and help them close their accounts. In addition you will be required to help LM2 Consultants upgrade their prospects to LM2 levels and manage their bases.   Compensation For NAMs: The Compensation Package for NAMs includes Revenue Sharing and partial (50%) coverage on Health Insurance after active for 6 months. The payout compensation is listed below:   Over-rides | You will earn 10% over-rides on all commissions earned by members on your team. If for example your over-all team earned $120,000 in their 4 layers for the month you will earn $12,000 over-rides for that month. Currently we have teams that are exceeding that potential by 3X.   Bonuses | You will earn $200 each time someone UPGRADES to LM2 from your assigned base.   Revenue Sharing | CSG is sharing 2% of over-all company revenue with the active NAMs. Each NAM will be issued one share per month and total Revenue Shares will be divided by active Revenue Shares issued.   Application Process: To apply for the NAM position, please provide us in a CLEAN SEPARATE email with your qualifications, time availability and experience in managing teams to namsupport@consolidatedsg.com.
