PLEASE READ: You are currently receiving multiple notices! You will continue to receive these notices until you delete your account from the backoffice or click on the Manage Your Account link below this email and delete your account. This program offers a REAL CONSULTANT position in the Foreclosure Industry and does not want to have members in our program who have not taken the time to listen to our 10 minute audio.
 
Account Activation | Consolidated Solutions Group has created a quick 8-10 minute audio for you to listen to and get information about our business. This audio is required for all new CSG LM1 Consultants and your backoffice will not be functional until you verify and activate your account. Instructions on how to activate and verify your account are provided below:
  
Step 1 | Login to your CSG backoffice by visiting www.consolidatedsg.com and clicking on Backoffice Login. Enter your username and password provided to you by CSG when you first joined. If you have misplaced your login information you can click on RECOVER LOGIN INFORMATION and request your login information to be emailed to you.
 
Step 2 | Upgrade to FREE LM1 or LM2 positions. Click on the UPGRADE BUTTON located on the top of every page in your restricted LM1 backoffice.

... Step 3 | There are 2 versions of the same audio by 2 staff members and you will need to select which one you would like to listen to. Listen to this audio and at the end make sure you write down the 6 digit access number provided to you. The access number will be provided to you at the end of the audio to insure you listen to it.
 
Step 4 | Click on the CONTINUE button on the bottom of the page and on the next page enter your pin and agree to the terms and conditions and click enter.
 
Step 5 | Select which position you would like to participate in and answer the 10 setup questions on the next page. You will than be upgraded and will have full access.
 
Even though LM1 Upgrades are free we require that you go through the upgrade process to get an understanding of what our program is about.
 
Audio Files: If you would like to listen to the audio files without logging in to your backoffice, you can click on the download links below. You will need a current version of Windows Media Player to listen to them outside our backoffice environment. You will still
need to login to verify account.

Response Time: All Private Support Tickets are monitored 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Please allow up to 2 hours for a prompt response for tickets that are submitted after normal business hours. Tickets submitted during normal business hours are answered within 30 minutes. When opening tickets it is important to address it to the appropriate department and only open 1 ticket per subject. Duplicating tickets will delete the entire batch and not get your answers.
