When an LM2 has someone in their downline UPGRADING to LM2 they will earn $497 instantly. This $497 is provided to the LM2 in behalf of the sponsored Consultant. The bonus is paid as a Mentoring Fee and is available instantly.
  
Is this an income stream?: It sure is... A great deal of our LM2 agents do consider the Upgrade Mentoring Bonus as an Income Stream.
  
Currently CSG is experiencing an upgrade rate that ranges from 8-9%. This means about 8 or 9 Consultants out of each 100 upgrade to the LM2 position. Since it is very easy to sponsor FREE affiliates you can easily get 100 or so members in your downline from an easy classified advertisement. You can earn $4,000 from Mentoring bonuses alone from a simple $50 weekly ad.
  
Why is this Mentoring Bonus Paid?
 In addition to our National Account Managers, we require that our LM2 Consultants maintain and sponsor their base. Part of the responsibility is to call and introduce each Consultant in to the CSG program. To compensate for mentoring our members a Mentoring Fee is paid to each LM2 Consultant.

Response Time: All Private Support Tickets are monitored 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Please allow up to 2 hours for a prompt response for tickets that are submitted after normal business hours. Tickets submitted during normal business hours are answered within 30 minutes. When opening tickets it is important to address it to the appropriate department and only open 1 ticket per subject. Duplicating tickets will delete the entire batch and not get your answers.
