We currently provide you with detailed Live Training calls you can use to get trained on the CSG program. These calls are live broadcasted on our telephone bridge and are available to both LM1 and LM2 Real Estate Consultants.
 
Privacy Notice: Our Live Calls are hosted on a SMART BRIDGE which can handle up to 250 seats simutaneously. This bridge automatically will show your phone number to the Call Moderator online once you enter the Conference Bridge. The moderator will have the option of allowing you to attend the live call or disable your account.
 
Instructions On Calling In: Pick up your phone and dial the Bridge Number like you are dialing a normal phone number. Call 1-218-486-7200 and wait for the recording to say PLEASE ENTER YOUR 6 DIGIT BRIDGE NUMBER. The 6 digit Bridge Number is also referred to as the PIN number. The standard PIN for CSG Live Calls is 997110 unless otherwise instructed.
 
If the call has started then you will be automatically placed on the bridge. It is normal to hear silence for a little while in the beginning of the call. The silence is due to the Moderator waiting for more affiliate and/or Consultants to get on the line.
 
If you are on early and the call has not started you can wait by pressing the * key. You will be prompted after entry of your PIN about the call not starting and will be provided an opportunity to wait.

Your line is always muted when you attend and you will need to notify the moderator that you have a question so the moderator can unmute your phone line. To ask a question you need to HIT 5* and you will hear a recording saying HAND RAISED. Just wait and the moderator will announce your Area Code and first 3 digits of your phone number when your line is open. ...

Response Time: All Private Support Tickets are monitored 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Please allow up to 2 hours for a prompt response for tickets that are submitted after normal business hours. Tickets submitted during normal business hours are answered within 30 minutes. When opening tickets it is important to address it to the appropriate department and only open 1 ticket per subject. Duplicating tickets will delete the entire batch and not get your answers.
