360Networks Expands VoIP Coverage Areas

Having successfully brought wholesale VoIP services to many small markets in the Western states, 360Networks is now taking a step further by focusing on more major cities where it can readily offer the service. Already, it has launched its service in Los Angeles and San Diego this week and debuting its wholesale VoIP service in California with 238 new rate centers in two local access transport

ATSI and XO Agree on VoIP Network Expansion

XO Communications, a subsidiary of XO Holdings, Inc. has entered into an agreement with ATSI Communications, Inc. to complete the expansion of ATSI's VoIP network. Under the agreement, ATSI has doubled its fixed Internet bandwidth to support future growth. The company also now can increase this fixed capacity by 400 percent through the "on-demand" capabilities of XO Communications' Ethernet
