Payment Hold new feature - 1 new

Just wanted to suggest some new features for the payment hold system. Some
months I earn more than $100, and some months I earn less. I would like to
receive my check every month, but some months I do not earn enough. Other
months I earn more than $100 and have to divide that money amongst my
