Indeed, this crops up regularly. Firstly, I really don't see a benefit in
transferring directly. As Acorn has said, it's not exactly arduous to have
Adsense pay into your account and set up a credit card deduction for Adwords.

Video units are not appearing on my Setup tab. I am from Germany. Does anyone
knows when other countries will get supported as well to have this feature ? I
