Adsense earnings took too long to arrive - 1 new

Hi adsense earnings took too long to arrive. It takes 1 month for approval by
adsense team, 1 month to ship the check to overseas, then another 1 month to
clear the check at our local bank. It sucks that the earnings we are seeing
now can only be in our hands 3 months later. I think adsense needs to improve
