cannot find any information how to do it can someone suggest a link or a page

I understand that Google picks the type of add you get, but will they change
it automatically if need be, how bout if I am receiving more page impressions,
they will switch it from CPC to CPM... Let me know... And does anyone know
about when do they do these, with 400 hits a day, or 1000 a month. - Tues, Aug
