International Herald Tribune/Associated Press (8/28) Survey: Wireline telecoms more prepared for FMC Nearly 40% of global carriers -- mainly on the wireless side -- said their OSS remained unprepared for fixed-mobile convergence, which will provide for seamless carriage of voice and data services over an array of networks, according to a Comptel survey.
