India Legalise VoIP for ISPs

India have decided to allow ISPs in that country to offer VoIP services. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) have before now only issued licenses to Telecom operators to offer voip but most of them have refused to sign on to it thinking that voip will cut their revenue. Intel is set to replace its old Wake-on-LAN/ Wake-on-WAN with animproved version named Remote Wake. The new version is aWake-on-VoIP that "wakes up" the PC when a VoIP call is initializedthrough an alert signal. The technology is similar to that of Skypeand some other VoIP service Providers.
