to be patient. also, getting your site within the top ten results requires
continuous maintenance/promotion work from you. to get more relevant ads, you

see, google is smart enough to know which are illegitimate/legitimate clicks.
talking about your case, if you are using the same internet cafe to logon to
your adsense account, this could be inviting trouble. you should somehow
disable your website from viewing from the same internet center. like you said,
