I know it says that the Adsense code must be pasted directly into the HTML
code, but let's face it - a lot of sites today are dynamic. So is it allowed
if I put the code in a database, then fetch that column from the database to
show in my page? I always prefer to store information in a database that way

adcode and use it on the other site just to click bomb u. Wht would u do then?
You are not running the ads on ur site but u can still be banned for invalid
