Can we change Country name for referrals? - 2 new

This is one of the difficult question for any new user of referrals .so far i
used Indian referrals they pay less for sign up.So i change Country to UK and
i found high paid referrals for sign up.I traid them on my blog but the adds
they shopwingall are indian adds. When i ask same question to my friend who is

I'm sorry, but I think I might have posted this in the wrong section before so

me too I don't believe that is powered by Google AdSense? and what does it
mean that site is powered by Google AdSense ???? If it yes this site is
powered by Google AdSense why Google doesn't use this option with YouTube.com ?
